Return Policy

Hex Outdoors products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund if the customer has a change of intent to keep the purchased products. To obtain a full refund, the following criteria must be met:

• All products must be un-used, in brand new condition and in the original packaging.
• The customer is to return the products to the appropriate Hex Outdoors facility (to be obtained via enquiry) at the customer’s own expense.

Once the returned products have been received and inspected by Hex Outdoors and the product condition is deemed to be suitable, a full refund will be processed.
