Delivery and Shipping
In Australia, all deliveries will be by Australia Post using Auspost parcel post satchels. If no one is home or available to receive the delivery, best efforts will be made by Australia Post to leave the delivery in a safe position. If it is deemed by Australia Post that there is nowhere safe to leave the delivery, a card will be left and the delivery can be picked up from the specified Australia Post outlet.
Delivery Times
Depending on delivery location, delivery timeframes can vary. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard shipping delivery and up to 2 business days for Express shipping orders.

Order Tracking
You should receive order status and tracking information via email once you have placed your order. Please check email spam folders as these emails can sometimes be in your spam folder.
International Orders
Hex Outdoors will ship orders anywhere globally but shipping times can vary depending on customer location. Timeframes can vary between 1–3 weeks for standard shipping and up to 1 week for express delivery.
